I am the Director of the Violence & Impacts Early Warning System (VIEWS), a research consortium dedicated to exploring novel methodologies to forecast violent conflicts and their impacts on society and human development.

I lead the project ANTICIPATE at PRIO, as well as Societies at Risk at Uppsala University.
